It’s been so long since I’ve blogged and there’s no real reason why I haven’t. I just haven’t been into it lately or my whole heart hasn’t ever been into it. I’m always on the computer, and always online. I’m constently checking Twitter and reading everyones tweets, but I never really update mine.

I want to know how everyone does it. Keeps their blog, twitter, and many of the other things they use, up to date. I usually don’t because I just don’t know what to blog or tweet about. I’m not a person that when something happens I think “Oh! I have to write that down.” I just never have been. If it’s something worth remembering, I remember it and don’t feel the need to write it out.

I know there are a couple of blogs out there that have list of topics you could blog about if your stuck. To me though, my blog is like a journal, only writing about this I want to get out. I’ve never been a person to keep a diary because I want to know what other people think and what they have to say about it. Especially if it’s something I need advice on and I’m not sure who to talk to.

I’ve been thinking for awhile about what to do with my site because it’s just been sitting here. I am never going to be able to close it or get rid of it. I know a lot of people get tired of their domain and get a new one, but I love mine. I’ve had it for so long that I can’t get rid of it. Sometimes when I’m bored I’ll just get on and change things on it.

I’m hoping to update a lot more now and keep focus because I miss talking to and hearing from all the great people I have become friends with online. Keep me motivated. Please?

Time Off

During most of the school yeah I was so set on going to the The Art Institute of Washington DC for graphic design. I use to want to focus on both web and graphic design but, I’ve realized that I do love web design but I love graphic design more. I really only like web design when I’m coding things for myself but, with graphic design, I can do it more easily for others.

Unfortunately though, I have a harder time with graphic design in general because I’m just not really creative or artistic. I can’t just sit down with a piece of paper and just draw something. It takes me forever when I make a theme for my own website.

After awhile, I decided I didn’t want to go away to a university right away and I wanted to stay within driving distance of home. I decided that I would go to a local community college then switch to a local university that has a really good graphic design program.

I have yet to sign up for classes at the local college and it starts in two weeks. Honestly though, I’m not worried about it. I was talking to my mom and aunt today about it just as conversation and decided for sure that I was going to take off a year of school and just work.

I figure this will give me time to decide what I want to school for sure. There are a whole lot of things that I enjoy doing and, like everyone else, wanted to do with the rest of my life.

I feel so much better about all this now. Especially because I’ve been so worried about college, with all the stress and work. It’s feels good to know that isn’t going to be on my list anytime soon.

Should I?

So lately I’ve have been thinking about whether I should buy myself an iPod Touch or iTouch as some people refer to it. I’ve always heard that if you’re going to get an iPod Touch, you might as well get the iPhone because they are mostly the same thing except the iPod Touch doesn’t allow you to make calls. I’ve stuck by that.

Thing is, for awhile I did want an iPhone, but thing is I’m a heavy texter and I like having the physical keyboard to text with. I had the LG Dare from Verizon for a few months and then I ended up getting the new LG enV Touch, also for Verizon , recently. I want to able to get all the different applications and what not that the iPhone/Touch has.

So what I want to know is, is it worth the $400 (if I got it I would get the 32 GB)? I have like an 80 GB Zune at the moment and I haven’t even filled up half of it. I probably would us the iPod Touch for music but I would focus on the application. They seem to have so many cool ones and I’d love to have it for when I’m bored.
